Scott Carpenter's flight manual, lunar dust on an Apollo collection bag, flag flown on the first space shuttle mission...See these at The Space Museum in Bonne Terre, Missouri. Try on a cosmonaut's glove, touch a shuttle tile, and study a meteorite. After the inspirational tour enjoy a NASA-style lunch of astronaut favorites at a nearby restaurant. A special lunch-time guest, Lowell Grissom, brother of Gus Grissom, will share information about the Apollo 1 Memorial Foundation, and a story or two. Take home a memento of the day as well as spacey memories. If you are a space cadet, history buff, or just curious join us for a fabulous day!
